+ live git diff viewer

Every pending change.
One smooth scroll.

Point it at a folder and every pending change becomes one live, syntax-highlighted scroll. On Windows, a hotkey opens it from anywhere. You read, you dismiss it, you carry on.

why it exists

Agents made code fast. Review is still slow.

You are the reviewer now, and the waiting moved to your side of the desk. Diffscroll makes getting the change on screen a keystroke, not a detour.

three ways in

Open it from wherever you already are.

The right-click entry and the hotkey are Windows. The hotkey works from anywhere, and it is yours to remap. The diffscroll command works on both Windows and Linux.

always current

Watch the change land as it is made.

Diffscroll watches the folder and re-renders as the work arrives. Nothing to refresh, nothing to re-run.

in the window

Four things that make a long change quick to read.

Find it anywhere in the change.

Type once and every match in every file lights at the same time, then step through them one at a time without losing the rest.

Walk it from the keyboard.

Move down and up between files with j and k, fold the one you are on with h and l.

One window per folder.

Open a second folder and it gets a window of its own, arriving in front while the review already on your screen stays exactly where you left it.

See which characters moved.

Inside a changed line the highlight narrows from the whole line down to the few characters that actually differ.
